Before Proceeding

  • You are required to submit, as an attachment to your on-line application, a letter of endorsement, prepared by your direct Manager, on company letterhead and physically signed by both your Manager and the Human Resource Manager/representative for your business
     
  • The letter of endorsement plays a significant role in helping the EEF Trustees reach a decision on an application. The letter should comment on:
    - your role and responsibilities, performance standards and achievements
    - your value as an employee to the company
    - the alignment of the chosen programme/course of study to your development needs
     
  • Please obtain this document, have it physically signed, and scanned ready to attach to the on-line application before proceeding further
     
  • If you wish to attach other documentation to support your application e.g. a copy of the course/programme brochure or copies of results already achieved towards a qualification, this documentation needs to be scanned prior to proceeding further.
     
  • All documentation attached to an online application MUST BE in pdf format ONLY and each file to be no larger than 10MB. No other file formats are acceptable. Applicants will experience difficulties when submitting on-line applications if attachments do not meet these requirements
     
  • All documentation relative to an application must be sent as attachments with the on-line application. Documentation sent via separate e-mail to the EEF or Fund Manager is not able to be accepted.
