Paul is the Chairman of The Tenon Clearwood Education Trust. Paul is a former senior executive of Tenon Limited (formerly Fletcher Challenge Forests), the previous owner of the Tenon Clearwood LP facility in Taupo, having joined the company in 2001. He has extensive knowledge of forestry and wood processing operations in New Zealand. He also has broad commercial and governance experience in New Zealand and internationally in a variety of industries, including Manufacturing and Distribution, Information Technology, Forestry and Energy. From 1989-1996 he was manager of the legal department for Telecom New Zealand. Paul formerly practised as a lawyer to partnership level in New Zealand and also worked for a law firm in Washington D.C. Paul has a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University, in Wellington.

Chris is an independent Trustee of The Tenon Clearwood Education Trust and Principal of Rotorua Boys' High School, Auckland Rotorua, New Zealand.

Chris Grinter was appointed Principal of Rotorua Boys’ High School, Rotorua New Zealand in 1991 following a six-year term as Deputy Principal of Wesley College in Pukekohe, New Zealand. He retired from Rotorua Boys' High School in July 2024

In 2005 Chris was awarded a Woolf Fisher Fellowship as an acknowledgement for his contribution towards encouraging excellence in educational leadership and ‘in-school’ practice in New Zealand. Chris is also a life member of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Rugby Union.

Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Sociology from Canterbury University, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching from the Secondary Division of the Christchurch College of Education and an Honours Degree in Criminology from Victoria University.

Luke is the Chairman of TCLP GP Limited, the entity that has overall responsibility for the management of the Tenon Clearwood business. Prior to that he was the Executive Chairman and Director (for 17 years) of the publicly listed Tenon Limited, from which the Tenon Clearwood business was separately established. Since 2017 he has also acted as the Tenon Clearwood representative on the Tenon Clearwood Employee Education Trust.

Luke was previously with Fletcher Challenge Limited for 20 years, where he held senior finance and management positions across the Group, ending his career as a Member of the Executive Office upon the company’s separation in 2001. He has worked and lived internationally, and has operated across the energy, pulp and paper, building materials, and forestry and wood products sectors.

Luke has a Masters of Science degree in Management from Stanford University (USA), and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington.
